Electrical Engineer – Solar PV Project
Saudi Arabia


We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to support a solar PV project from construction through testing, commissioning, and energization. The candidate will coordinate electrical works, ensure compliance with designs and safety requirements, and support grid connection and plant startup activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise electrical installation works for solar PV arrays, inverters, transformers, MV/LV switchgear, cabling, earthing, and protection systems.
- Review electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, cable schedules, technical submittals, and method statements.
- Coordinate with EPC contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and the utility/company electrical team.
- Monitor site quality, progress, safety compliance, and closure of electrical punch-list items.
- Support pre-commissioning and commissioning tests, including insulation resistance, continuity, voltage, grounding, relay, protection, and inverter/transformer/switchgear testing.
