Saudi Seven Group for General Contracting Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia

Saudi Seven Group has served the Kingdom's energy, petrochemical and infrastructure sectors since 2005. We deliver turnkey temporary facilities, civil works, MEP and HVAC, fire protection, waste management and equipment rental, for clients such as Saudi Aramco, SABIC and Sadara. We're looking for a dealmaker to help us win new projects.

The Role
This is a commission-only role with no base salary. You earn a commission on every project you bring in and close. Terms are agreed in writing before you start.

Responsibilities

• Find and win new clients and projects
• Manage your pipeline from first contact to signed contract
• Prepare proposals with our engineering team, negotiate and close deals

Requirements

• Proven business development or sales record, ideally in contracting, construction or industrial services
• Strong network of decision-makers in Saudi Arabia
• Self-motivated and comfortable with performance-based pay
• Fluent English (Arabic is a plus)
