Job Vacancy: IT Support Technician – Level 1

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Duration: 2 Months (Temporary Contract)
Position: IT Support Technician – Level 1

We are looking for a reliable and skilled Level 1 IT Support Technician for a temporary 2-month assignment in Riyadh.

Job Responsibilities:

* Provide basic IT support and troubleshooting to users.
* Install and configure Windows OS, software, printers, and related devices.
* Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and basic network connectivity issues.
* Assist with desktop, laptop, and hardware-related problems.
* Handle IT support requests and maintain proper records.

Requirements:

* Basic IT support and troubleshooting experience.
* Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, and basic networking.
* Good communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to join immediately or as agreed.
* Valid work authorization for employment in Saudi Arabia.
