Description

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Supervisor with strong procurement exposure in Civil, Electrical and Mechanical projects within Saudi Arabia.

The candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, vendor coordination, material procurement, technical/commercial evaluation, expediting and delivery follow-up for industrial and construction projects. Saudi Aramco and YASREF project experience is highly preferred.

Key responsibilities include handling RFQs, obtaining and comparing quotations, coordinating with engineering and project teams, preparing purchase recommendations, issuing and following up POs, expediting materials, ensuring compliance with project specifications and approved vendors, monitoring delivery schedules, and maintaining procurement records.

The candidate should have good knowledge of procurement for civil materials, electrical items, mechanical equipment, piping materials, structural steel, valves, fittings, cables, instrumentation-related materials and general project consumables.

Requirements: Minimum 5–8 years of relevant procurement experience, preferably in Saudi Arabia; strong experience in EPC/industrial/refinery/petrochemical projects; familiarity with Saudi Aramco/YASREF requirements and vendor systems; good negotiation and supplier-management skills; proficiency in Excel and procurement/ERP systems; good English communication; and transferable Iqama.

Candidates with previous Saudi Aramco / YASREF / refinery / petrochemical project procurement experience will be given preference.
