# Job Description: Metal Fabricator
**Location:** Riyadh
**Department:** Fabrication / Production

### Job Summary
Fabricate, assemble, and install metal products according to approved drawings and project specifications. Work includes stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminum items such as handrails, ladders, stairs, platforms, frames, gates, and architectural metalwork.

Key Responsibilities

- Measure, mark, cut, drill, bend, grind, and assemble metal components.
- Carry out welding appropriate to the material and approved welding procedures.
- Operate fabrication tools and machinery safely.
- Check dimensions, alignment, weld quality, and surface finish before inspection.
- Prepare products for polishing, powder coating, painting, or galvanizing.
- Install fabricated items on site, including positioning, levelling, anchoring, and final adjustments.
- Identify drawing discrepancies and report material shortages or fabrication defects to the supervisor.
- Reduce material waste and protect finished surfaces during handling.
- Follow workshop and site safety requirements, including PPE and hot-work procedures.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean working area.
- Complete assigned work within agreed production schedules.

Qualifications and Experience

- Technical or vocational training in metal fabrication, welding, or a related trade preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant fabrication experience.
- Experience with stainless steel, mild steel, and/or aluminum fabrication.
- Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring instruments accurately.
- Practical experience with MIG, TIG, and/or arc welding, depending on the assigned role.
- Experience in architectural metalwork and site installation preferred.
- Willingness to complete a practical trade test.
