# URGENT HIRING – TELECOM RIGGER / TEAM LEADER – RIYADH

**Salary:** Up to SAR 3,000 per month, depending on experience

Zansons is seeking an experienced **Telecom Rigger / Installation Team Leader** with hands-on tower-climbing experience, wireless installation skills, and a strong commitment to HSE (Health, Safety & Environment).

### Key Responsibilities

- Perform telecom tower climbing, rigging, antenna installation, and related field activities.
- Lead and coordinate technicians for GSM, 4G/5G, wireless, and microwave (MW) installation works.
- Support Huawei equipment installation, commissioning, and site acceptance/PAT activities.
- Execute IBS (In-Building Solutions), indoor wireless, and related telecom installation works.
- Support data center infrastructure, structured cabling, fiber optics, and ELV system installations.
- Follow HSE policies, conduct toolbox talks, identify hazards, and ensure compliance with risk assessments and method statements.
- Ensure correct use of PPE, fall-arrest equipment, and approved working-at-height procedures.
- Verify that tower-climbing activities follow applicable permit-to-work requirements and that unsafe work is stopped immediately.
- Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and client representatives to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of work.

### Requirements

- Proven practical experience in telecom tower rigging and climbing is mandatory.
- Experience in GSM/4G/5G, Huawei wireless equipment, MW links, and site acceptance/PAT is preferred.
- Previous experience leading a telecom installation team.
- Good knowledge of HSE requirements, working at heights, PPE, risk assessments, and safe work practices.
- Valid tower-climbing and working-at-height training/certification as required for the assigned work.
- **Valid Saudi driving license is mandatory.**
- Must be currently available in Riyadh and ready to join immediately.
- Experience in IBS, data centers, structured cabling, and ELV systems is an advantage.
