# WE'RE HIRING MULTIPLE POSITIONS

**Aldamegh Prefab – Dammam, Saudi Arabia**

**Industry:** Prefabricated Buildings Modular Construction Steel Structures

Aldamegh Prefab is seeking highly qualified and experienced professionals to join our growing team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

We are currently hiring for the following positions:

### 1. Operations Manager
- Minimum 10 years of experience, including 5 years in operations or project management.
- Strong background in project execution, planning, budgeting, cost control, and resource management.
- Experience in prefab, modular construction, steel structures, or industrial construction.
- Proven leadership and multi-project management capabilities.

### 2. Production Manager
- 8–10 years of experience in manufacturing and production management.
- Strong knowledge of steel fabrication, modular buildings, LGS, and factory operations.
- Experience in production planning, capacity management, BOM, MRP, quality control, and cost optimization.
- Ability to manage multiple workshops and production teams.

### 3. Production Supervisor
- Minimum 5 years of experience in factory production supervision.
- Experience in fabrication, welding, assembly, and steel structures.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and supervise technicians and production workers.
- Strong skills in productivity monitoring, quality control, and daily production reporting.

### 4. MEP Engineer (Electrical & Plumbing)
- 5–7 years of relevant engineering experience.
- Practical experience in both electrical and plumbing systems is essential.
- Strong skills in engineering design, BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and technical specifications.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit MEP experience is preferred.
- Ability to coordinate MEP design with architectural and structural disciplines and supervise installations.

### 5. Project Engineer
- 5–7 years of experience in project engineering and execution.
- Experience in prefab, modular construction, steel structures, or industrial projects.
- Strong skills in project coordination, scheduling, technical documentation, cost monitoring, and subcontractor management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Ability to coordinate engineering, factory production, site execution, and project handover.

### 6. Site Engineer
- 4–6 years of experience in site engineering and construction supervision.
- Experience in modular building installation, steel erection, assembly, and finishing works.
- Ability to supervise subcontractors, manpower, installation activities, and site quality.
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings, QA/QC, and HSE requirements.
- Willingness to work at project sites across Saudi Arabia.

### General Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or relevant technical qualification, depending on the position.
- Previous experience in **Prefab, Modular Construction, Steel Structures, or Manufacturing** is highly preferred.
- Strong technical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and industry-standard engineering tools is an advantage.
