IT Systems Administrator

We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator to lead and enhance our enterprise IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, strong problem solving skills, and a proactive approach to ensuring system reliability, security, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and optimize servers, networks, and cloud environments
• Oversee system upgrades, patching, and performance tuning
• Provide first- and second-line technical support to staff
• Implement and enforce IT security policies and best practice
• Implement and monitor cybersecurity controls and compliance standards
• Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and service restoration
• Support enterprise applications, virtualization platforms, and backup systems
• Mentor junior administrators and contribute to IT strategy and planning

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 3–4+ years of hands-on systems administration experience
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, AD, DNS, DHCP
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), security tools, and automation
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
