Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, submit and track Material Technical Submittals (MTS), material approvals, datasheets and compliance documents.
• Read drawings, understand project scope and specifications, and prepare Material Take-Offs (MTOs) where required.
• Ensure all procured materials comply with approved project specifications.
• Prepare RFQs, compare quotations and negotiate prices and delivery terms.
• Coordinate with suppliers, consultants and project teams for timely approvals and deliveries.
• Maintain procurement and material submittal registers

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• At least 5 years of procurement experience in construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials and supplier sourcing.
• Fluent spoken and written English, including professional email communication.
