Job Description:
Guardian Industries Co. Ltd. is seeking a qualified Planning Engineer to support the planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting of ongoing industrial security systems and infrastructure projects across Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and maintain baseline project schedules, including WBS, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress against approved schedules and identify delays.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and dashboards.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, procurement teams, and subcontractors.
• Prepare recovery schedules, look-ahead plans, and progress tracking reports.
• Support resource planning, manpower allocation, and project forecasting.
• Assist in identifying schedule risks and mitigation measures.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or related discipline).
• Maximum 5 years of relevant project planning experience.
• Proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Advanced MS Excel.
• Relevant certifications and training in the latest Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project versions will be preferred.
• Experience in industrial, ELV, security systems, or infrastructure projects is an advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
• Must be currently available in Saudi Arabia.
• Must have a valid, transferable Iqama.
• Must be available to join immediately.
