We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to join our team in Jeddah. If you have a proven track record of driving digital growth through data-driven marketing strategies and have experience in the healthcare industry, we would love to hear from you.

Key Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in performance marketing.
- At least 2 years of experience in the healthcare sector, preferably with a hospital or clinic.
- Currently based in Jeddah or willing to relocate to Jeddah.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certification in Digital Marketing.
- Google Ads Certification (Google Certified Marketer) is required.
- Strong expertise in performance marketing, including paid search, paid social, display advertising, remarketing, and campaign optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and other digital marketing and analytics tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data, optimize ROI, and achieve business objectives.
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Must be available for immediate joining or have a short notice period.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing strategies across digital channels.
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Google, Meta, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to improve conversions and return on investment.
- Plan and manage marketing budgets efficiently to maximize performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support patient acquisition and brand growth initiatives.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
