Description

We are a Jeddah-based company looking for an experienced Structural / Mechanical Designer to support the design and development of industrial equipment, fabricated structures, and production-line solutions.
Experience: 3–5+ Years
Key Responsibilities
• Design material handling equipment, industrial racks, structural frames, and production-line fixtures.
• Develop designs considering structural strength, load capacity, safety, ergonomics, and manufacturability.
• Perform stress, load, fatigue, and FEA analysis on fabricated and welded structures.
• Prepare detailed 3D models, 2D fabrication drawings, BOMs, welding details, tolerances, and material specifications.
• Work closely with fabrication and production teams during prototyping, manufacturing, and troubleshooting.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing/Production Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 3–5+ years of mechanical or structural design experience.
• Experience designing industrial equipment, fabricated structures, or production/logistics fixtures.
• Advanced proficiency in SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, and/or AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of steel fabrication, sheet metal design, welding symbols, and manufacturing drawings.
• Experience with structural analysis and FEA.
• Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) membership preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to coordinate directly with fabrication teams.
