URGENT REQUIREMENT – MEP BIM MODELOR

Company Description:

We, Ghars Al Mazen, are involved in the MEP scope of work for swimming pools, water features, jacuzzis and other water-related works.

MEP BIM Modeler – Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain MEP BIM models (HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical) up to LOD 450.
- Prepare MEP/HVAC layouts, sections, details and shop drawings.
- Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.
- Coordinate with Architectural, Structural and MEP Engineering teams.
- Update BIM models based on design changes, site modifications and consultant comments.
- Support site teams with technical BIM information and conduct site visits for as-built verification.
- Extract BOQs, schedules and quantities for MEP components.
- Maintain model revisions, documentation and compliance with project standards.
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or MEP Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an MEP BIM Modeler.
- Strong proficiency in Revit MEP, AutoCAD and Navisworks.
- Good understanding of MEP systems and construction practices.
- Mandatory hands-on site experience in MEP works.
- Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and specifications.
- Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- GCC experience is preferred.
