*Hiring: Head Pastry Chef*
*ATYAAFCO Food Industries Riyadh*

*Responsibilities*
- Lead the pastry production team
- Plan daily production and set shift schedules
- Enforce standard recipes by weight, and track waste and cost
- Coordinate with quality and supply chain

*Requirements*
- 7+ years in pastry and desserts, including 3+ years managing production in a central kitchen or food factory, not only restaurants
- Strong in chilled and frozen desserts: cakes, cheesecakes, tiramisu, mousses and creams
- Experience scaling recipes for volume production and controlling waste
- Working knowledge of food safety systems; a HACCP certificate is a plus
- Willing to work evening and night production schedules
- Able to lead a multinational team; Hindi, Urdu or Bengali is a plus
- Saudi national, or expat with a transferable iqama

- الالتزام بالوصفات المعيارية بالجرام، ومتابعة الهدر والتكلفة
- التنسيق مع الجودة وسلاسل الإمداد

*الشروط*
- خبرة 7 سنوات على الأقل في الحلويات، منها 3 سنوات في إدارة إنتاج مطبخ مركزي أو مصنع أغذية، وليس مطعماً فقط
- إتقان الحلويات المبردة والمجمدة: الكيك والتشيز كيك والتيراميسو والموس والكريمات
- خبرة في تكبير الوصفات للإنتاج الكمي وضبط الهدر
- معرفة بأنظمة سلامة الغذاء، وشهادة الهاسب ميزة
- الاستعداد للعمل بجدول إنتاج مسائي وليلي
- القدرة على قيادة فريق متعدد الجنسيات، وإجادة الهندية أو الأوردو أو البنغالية ميزة
- سعودي، أو مقيم بإقامة قابلة للنقل
