Description

We are looking for an energetic and efficient Fulfillment Associate to join our warehouse team. You will play a vital role in getting customer orders processed, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in quality execution, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
Order Picking: Locate and retrieve products from warehouse shelves using pick lists or digital handheld scanners.

Packing & Labeling: Accurately pack items, apply protective materials, print shipping labels, and seal boxes according to company standards.

Shipping Preparation: Sort outgoing packages by carrier and stage them for daily carrier pickup.

Quality Assurance: Inspect picked items for damage or defects to ensure customers receive correct, pristine orders.

Return Processing: Assist with basic return processing, re-labeling, or restocking returned items as needed.

Workstation Upkeep: Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked packing station to ensure seamless daily flow.

Requirements & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in an e-commerce warehouse, picking/packing, or retail environment preferred.

Ability to read pick sheets, use digital scanners, and work accurately under time constraints.

High physical stamina: comfortable standing, bending, lifting up to 20 kg, and moving constantly throughout a shift.

Strong team player with a positive attitude and keen eye for quality control.
