Mateen Foods is seeking a Commis Chef / Line Cook to prepare ingredients, cook and plate dishes according to recipes, and keep the workstation clean and ready for service.

**Requirements:** Previous kitchen experience preferred, knowledge of basic cooking and food safety, and the ability to follow instructions and work within a team.


**Catering Head Chef**

Mateen Foods is seeking a Catering Head Chef to lead food preparation for events and catering operations, coordinate kitchen teams, maintain consistent quality, and control portions, waste, and food costs.

**Requirements:** Experience leading catering kitchens, strong planning and leadership skills, and the ability to manage large-volume food production.
