### **About the Role**
We are seeking a proactive, confident, and energetic **Female Field Sales & Marketing Executive** to join our team in Riyadh. In this role, you will play a key part in driving company growth by visiting real estate agencies, introducing our innovative digital solutions, building strong client relationships, and securing new business opportunities.
### **Key Responsibilities**
* Conduct field visits to real estate agencies across Riyadh to pitch and demonstrate our digital products/services.
* Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with prospective agency partners and key stakeholders.
* Actively follow up with leads, address client inquiries, and drive end-to-end customer acquisition.
* Represent the company brand with high professionalism and market enthusiasm.
### **Requirements & Qualifications**
* **Gender:** Female (per job scope requirements)
* **Age:** 25 – 35 years
* **Language Proficiency:** Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written); strong professional communication skills.
* **Mobility:** Must be comfortable and willing to perform frequent field-based client visits.
* Prior experience in field sales, business development, or the real estate sector is a strong advantage.
### **Compensation & Benefits**
* **Basic Salary:** SAR 2,000 / month
* **Commission:** Attractive performance-based commission structure
* **Transportation:** Official company transportation provided for all work-related duties
* **Accommodation:** Self-provided / Employee responsibility
