📢 **We’re Hiring Restaurant General Manager**

We are looking for an experienced **Restaurant General Manager** to lead one of our restaurant concepts in **Riyadh, Saudi Arabia**.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate hospitality leader to join a growing restaurant group and play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence.

**Key Responsibilities:**
• Lead the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
• Ensure exceptional guest experience and consistently high service standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop the restaurant team.
• Drive sales, profitability, and overall restaurant performance.
• Manage labor, food costs, inventory, and operational KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Build a strong team culture and maintain high employee engagement.
• Work closely with the Operations team to achieve business goals.

**Requirements:**
• 5+ years of experience in restaurant management, with proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar senior role.
• Experience in **premium, upscale, or fine-dining restaurants** is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, P&L, sales, and cost control.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Saudi Arabia experience is highly preferred.
