Description

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Project Safety Manager to oversee and lead all HSE activities across our projects.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage all project HSE operations, policies, and compliance protocols.
• Oversee site safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident prevention strategies.
• Conduct and direct comprehensive incident investigations and root cause analyses.
• Ensure full alignment with international safety standards and client HSE requirements.

Candidate Qualifications & Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Engineering or Occupational Health & Safety - OH&S).
• Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience specifically in Offshore Fabrication (must include hands-on experience with Jackets and Topsides/PDMs).

Certifications:
o NEBOSH Diploma or NEBOSH IGC
o Professional Membership (TechIOSH or MIIRSM preferred)
o Certified / Formal training in Incident Investigation methodologies
