PHP/Laravel Developer – CRM & ZATCA Integration

Location: Riyadh / work arrangement
Job type: Full-time / Part-time
Salary: Negotiable

We’re looking for a hands-on developer to maintain and improve our existing CRM, built with PHP and the Laravel framework. A key project will be integrating our invoicing workflow with ZATCA’s FATOORA system. You’ll also provide technical support for the team’s day-to-day operations. ZATCA’s integration phase involves connecting e-invoicing solutions to its systems through APIs.[]zatca.gov]

What you’ll do

Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve our Laravel-based CRM.
Build and test the ZATCA e-invoicing integration using the applicable technical requirements and developer tools.[]zatca.gov]
Develop and maintain other API integrations as business needs grow.
Resolve CRM errors, invoice issues, and daily support requests from the operations team.
Improve workflows, reports, and automations.
Document changes and explain technical issues clearly to non-technical colleagues.

What we’re looking for

Practical experience with PHP and Laravel.
Experience building and troubleshooting REST API integrations.
Strong database and debugging skills.
Experience maintaining an existing business application—not just building new projects.
Ability to prioritize urgent operational issues and communicate progress clearly.
Preferred: Previous ZATCA/FATOORA e-invoicing integration experience, and familiarity with logistics or freight-forwarding operations.
