• Civil, Electrical & Mechanical estimation
• BOQ preparation & quantity take-off
• Material & labor cost estimation
• Rate analysis & cost comparison
• Tender estimation & subcontractor quotations
• Variation / additional work costing
• Budget & cost control
• Final quantity reconciliation & project close-out

🔹 Key Requirement:
Candidate should be able to independently manage estimation for complete MEP + Civil projects and coordinate with procurement, site and project teams.
