Description

​We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Elevator Technician for installation, testing, and troubleshooting of vertical transportation systems.

​Key Responsibilities & Required Skills:

​Troubleshooting: Diagnosing complex mechanical, electrical, and control system faults efficiently.
​Testing & Commissioning: Conducting standard safety tests, speed checks, and load tests to verify operational compliance.
​Electrical & Electronics: Troubleshooting control panels, VFD drives, safety circuits, printed circuit boards (PCBs), and electronic sensors.
​Wiring: Complete shaft wiring, car cabling, traveler cable installation, and control cabinet connections.
​
Mechanical Maintenance: Aligning guide rails, replacing traction ropes, adjusting door operators, and performing brake/gear overhaul.
​Candidate Requirements:
​Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience working on elevators/escalators.
​Brand Experience: Knowledge of major brands (e.g., Otis, Schindler, Kone, Mitsubishi, or generic Chinese controllers like Monarch/Step) is a strong advantage.

​Transfer Status: Valid & Transferable Iqama (Local Transfer preferred )

​Education: Technical Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred.

​Language: Basic English or Arabic communication skills.

​Salary: SAR 2,500 - 3,500 based on experience
