3️⃣ Senior Technical MEP Manager
4️⃣ Senior Technical Post-Tension Engineer
5️⃣ Senior Technical Civil Engineer
6️⃣ Senior Technical Architecture Engineer
7️⃣ Commercial Manager – Tunnel Experience Required

🔹 GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related discipline.
Strong experience in large-scale building / infrastructure projects.
Proven High-Rise Building & 5-Star Hotel/Luxury Hospitality experience for relevant building positions.
Strong technical coordination, team leadership and project management skills.
Experience coordinating with Client, Consultant, subcontractors and internal departments.
Strong communication, documentation and problem-solving abilities.
For Commercial Manager: proven Tunnel Project experience is mandatory.
Saudi/GCC experience and immediate availability are preferred.
