Rotating machine technicians should have minimum 7-10 years’ experience of
• maintenance of various types of rotating machines such as pumps, blowers,
• compressors, turbines, filters, agitators etc.
• Shall have passed industrial trade school or high school with 2 years formal
• industrial training.
• Demonstrated ability to perform work normally performed by mechanical technicians
without assistance, including but not limited to:
1. Ability to read equipment drawings and instructions to install/remove rotating
equipment’s or parts.
2. Ability to set, level, align and test run of rotating equipment’s.
3. Ability to trouble shoot and analyze equipment problems and to work with technical
support personnel for fault diagnosis and root cause analysis.
4. Maintain and update equipment’s records like check lists and equipment history
records.
5. Maintenance of high speed centrifugal gas compressors and pumps.
