Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and execute sea, air, and land freight shipments.

Manage customs clearance documentation, compliance, and regulatory standards.

Negotiate rates with carriers and build strong vendor relationships.

Track shipments proactively and resolve operational disruptions.

Deliver exceptional customer support with accurate, timely updates.

Requirements:

Proven experience in freight forwarding, international logistics, or supply chain.

Strong knowledge of import/export regulations, IncoTerms, and shipping documentation.

Proficiency in logistics software / ERP systems.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
