🚨 WE ARE HIRING – HSE SUPERVISOR ARAMCO APPROVED 🚨

Gulfaar Group is looking for an experienced HSE Supervisor – Aramco Approved for an Oil & Gas / EPC project in Saudi Arabia.

📍 Location: Saudi Arabia
👷 Position: HSE Supervisor – Aramco Approved
🏗️ Industry: Oil & Gas / EPC / Petrochemical

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor HSE activities at the project/site in accordance with Saudi Aramco and project requirements
• Ensure compliance with approved HSE procedures, plans, standards and client requirements
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify unsafe acts, unsafe conditions and potential hazards
• Ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented and properly followed up
• Monitor Permit to Work (PTW) activities and ensure work is carried out safely and in accordance with approved permits
• Conduct and participate in Toolbox Talks, Safety Meetings and HSE Awareness Programs
• Monitor implementation of JSA/JHA, Risk Assessments and Method Statements
• Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with site safety requirements
• Monitor high-risk activities including lifting, scaffolding, excavation, hot work, confined space, work at height and other construction activities
• Support emergency preparedness, drills and response activities
• Report and investigate incidents, near misses and unsafe occurrences as required
• Maintain HSE inspection reports, observations, checklists and other safety records
• Coordinate with Construction, QA/QC, Engineering, Planning and Site Management on HSE matters
• Conduct site safety orientations and support employee safety induction programs
• Monitor housekeeping, access/egress, material storage and general site conditions
• Stop unsafe work where necessary and immediately escalate serious safety concerns to HSE Management
• Follow up on client observations, HSE inspection findings and corrective actions
• Assist in preparing HSE reports, statistics and daily/weekly/monthly safety reports
• Support internal and client HSE audits and inspections
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure employees and subcontractors understand and comply with site HSE requirements

🔹 Requirements

✅ Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science or related field
✅ Minimum 5–8 years of HSE experience in Oil & Gas / EPC / Petrochemical / Construction projects
✅ Saudi Aramco Approved HSE Supervisor / Safety Supervisor status is mandatory
✅ Strong experience working on Saudi Aramco projects
✅ Good knowledge of Saudi Aramco HSE requirements and site safety procedures
✅ Experience in PTW, JSA/JHA, Risk Assessment, Toolbox Talks and Safety Inspections
✅ Experience monitoring high-risk construction activities
✅ NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA or equivalent HSE certification preferred
✅ Good knowledge of incident reporting and investigation procedures
✅ Strong communication, leadership and site coordination skills
✅ Good English communication and reporting skills
✅ Ability to work under pressure and manage site safety requirements effectively
✅ Immediate availability / transferable Iqama is preferred
