Gulfaar Group is looking for an experienced NDT Coordinator – Aramco Approved for an Oil & Gas / EPC project in Saudi Arabia.

📍 Location: Saudi Arabia

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all NDT activities in accordance with project specifications, approved procedures and Saudi Aramco requirements
• Coordinate NDT requirements with Construction, QA/QC, Welding, Engineering and Client/Aramco teams
• Review NDT requests and coordinate inspection schedules based on construction progress
• Plan and coordinate RT, UT, MT, PT, PMI, Hardness Testing and other applicable NDT activities
• Coordinate with approved NDT subcontractors and ensure adequate manpower, equipment and qualified personnel are available
• Verify NDT personnel qualifications, certifications, approvals and competency requirements
• Coordinate NDT activities for piping, welding, structural and other applicable inspection scopes
• Ensure NDT is performed in accordance with approved ITPs, procedures, specifications, codes and client requirements
• Monitor NDT progress and follow up pending/rejected/repair examinations
• Coordinate re-shoots, re-examinations and repair NDT based on inspection results
• Maintain NDT records, reports, examination status, repair statistics and inspection databases
• Review NDT reports and ensure required documentation is complete and traceable
• Coordinate NDT film/digital radiography records, where applicable, and ensure proper identification and traceability
• Prepare and maintain NDT status reports, weld/NDT trackers and daily/weekly progress reports
• Monitor NDT coverage and ensure inspection requirements are completed within project schedules
• Coordinate with Welding/QC teams regarding weld maps, weld identification and NDT requirements
• Support client/Aramco inspections, audits and NDT-related technical clarifications
• Ensure all NDT activities comply with applicable Saudi Aramco standards, project specifications and approved procedures
• Identify delays, constraints and outstanding NDT requirements and report them to QA/QC Management
• Ensure proper filing and control of NDT procedures, personnel certificates, calibration records and inspection reports

🔹 Requirements

✅ Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, NDT, QA/QC or related field
✅ Minimum 7–10 years of relevant NDT experience, preferably in Oil & Gas / EPC projects
✅ Proven experience as an NDT Coordinator / NDT Engineer / NDT Supervisor
✅ Saudi Aramco Approved NDT Coordinator experience/status is highly preferred
✅ Strong experience coordinating NDT activities on Saudi Aramco projects
✅ Good knowledge of RT, UT, MT, PT, PMI and other applicable NDT methods
✅ Strong understanding of welding inspection, weld traceability and NDT documentation
✅ Experience coordinating with Aramco/client inspection teams and NDT subcontractors
✅ Familiarity with applicable international codes, project specifications and NDT procedures
✅ Experience maintaining NDT trackers, weld/NDT status reports and inspection records
✅ Strong coordination, planning and reporting skills
✅ Good English communication skills
✅ Immediate availability / transferable Iqama is preferred
