Gulfaar Group is looking for an experienced TAR / ID Coordinator for a Saudi Aramco / EPC Project in Saudi Arabia.

πŸ”Ή Key Responsibilities

β€’ Process Saudi Aramco Site IDs – New, Renewal, Replacement & Cancellation
β€’ Work with Saudi Aramco systems/portals for document uploading and ID/access applications
β€’ Coordinate TAR-related documentation and manpower authorization
β€’ Process Vehicle & Equipment Stickers – New & Renewal
β€’ Prepare and follow up Gate Pass & Visitor Pass applications
β€’ Coordinate Manpower Mobilization & Demobilization
β€’ Process employee Work Authorization / Access Cards
β€’ Coordinate Safety Orientation, Medical, Client Approval, Trade Test, Interview & Photo Session requirements
β€’ Maintain employee/site records, ID trackers and expiry monitoring
β€’ Update relevant records in ERP/SAP systems
β€’ Maintain Permit Log Entry System and administrative records
β€’ Coordinate with HR, HSE, LPD, Site Management and Head Office
β€’ Follow up pending applications and minimize manpower idle time
β€’ Support TAR/shutdown manpower mobilization activities
β€’ Coordinate site training and other client access requirements
β€’ Handle site administrative matters, employee issues and related coordination
β€’ Support site facilities, catering, housekeeping and mobilization/demobilization activities as required


πŸ”Ή Requirements

βœ… Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas / EPC / Petrochemical projects
βœ… Strong experience in Saudi Aramco Site ID / Access Authorization procedures
βœ… Hands-on experience with Aramco systems/online portals
βœ… Experience with Permanent IDs, Gate Passes, Visitor Passes, Vehicle/Equipment Stickers & Work Authorizations
βœ… TAR / Shutdown project experience preferred
βœ… Experience with ERP/SAP and MS Excel
βœ… Strong coordination, follow-up and document management skills
βœ… Good English communication skills
βœ… Saudi Aramco project experience highly preferred
βœ… Immediate availability / transferable Iqama is an advantage
