A Real Estate Developer Firm based in Jeddah seeking a qualified and motivated Electrical Engineer with a strong background in the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) field for our Upcoming project in the Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting all stages of electrical works — from design and load calculations to site execution, QA/QC, and final testing and commissioning — in compliance with local standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
1.Develop and review basic and detailed electrical design drawings, single-line diagrams, and layouts in line with project requirements and Saudi Building Codes.
2.Perform accurate electrical load calculations, short circuit analysis, voltage drop calculations, and cable sizing to ensure efficient system performance.
3.Coordinate with design consultants and other disciplines to integrate electrical systems within the overall MEP framework.
4.Oversee site execution activities, ensuring installation works are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
5.Conduct regular QA/QC inspections, verifying materials, installation, and workmanship meet quality standards and project specifications.
6.Prepare and review inspection test plans (ITPs) and method statements related to electrical works.
7.Supervise and participate in testing and commissioning of electrical systems including LV distribution panels, lighting, small power, earthing, and ELV systems.
8.Liaise with local authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure full compliance with KSA regulations.
9.Prepare progress reports, snag lists, and as-built documentation.
10.Support HSE compliance on site, ensuring electrical safety practices are implemented effectively.

Key Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.
2. 8+ years of relevant experience in the MEP sector, preferably within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
3. Solid knowledge of Saudi Building Code (SBC), SEC standards, and other applicable local and international codes.
4. Proven experience in electrical design, load calculations, site supervision, QA/QC, and T&C.
5. Proficiency in using electrical design software
6. Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
7. Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
8. Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team environment.

Salary Package:
SAR 7,000 - 9000 per month (Total Package) inclusive of all allowances and benefits based on experience.
