About the Role
We are hiring skilled technical and operations personnel for a Combined Cycle Power Plant near Madinah. Selected candidates will perform preventive, corrective, and condition-based maintenance activities, support annual outage/overhaul work, and ensure safe, efficient plant operations in line with strict HSE standards.

Key Responsibilities (Technicians)

Perform maintenance activities (mechanical/electrical/instrumentation) in a safe and timely manner per procedures
Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues; carry out isolations before maintenance
Read and interpret wiring, control/logic, and protection diagrams (Electrical & I&C roles)
Coordinate with supervisors/engineers on spares, consumables, and job planning
Maintain proper documentation and equipment maintenance history
Perform 5S housekeeping in assigned work areas

Key Responsibilities (Field Operators)

Operate and monitor combined cycle power plant systems, including GE gas turbines
Apply LOTO (Lockout/Tag-out) and PTW (Permit to Work) procedures
Monitor thermal plant cycle parameters and respond to operational deviations
Maintain clear communication and shift logs in English

Key Responsibilities (Store Helper)

Receive, issue, and record materials with accurate stock control
Organize warehouse/storage areas and support inventory documentation
Coordinate with technical teams to ensure material availability

Requirements

Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering (or equivalent skilled trade experience of 4–6 years in a similar plant environment)
Experience in Combined Cycle, Cogeneration, or Water Desalination plants preferred
Working knowledge of LOTO, PTW, confined space entry, and general plant safety practices
Good spoken and written English
Willingness to work in a remote plant location
Basic computer skills; ISO 9001/14001/OHSAS 18001 awareness is a plus
