📢 WE ARE HIRING – MARKETING MANAGER

Position: Marketing Manager – Heavy Equipment Rental
Location: Saudi Arabia

Job Description:
Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies for heavy equipment rental services.
Develop the customer base and attract new clients in the contracting, construction, and energy sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with contracting companies and major projects across Saudi Arabia.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and rental prices to identify new business opportunities.
Promote the company’s available equipment and improve equipment utilization and operating rates.
Coordinate with the Movement and Operations Departments to identify available and underutilized equipment.
Prepare quotations, negotiate with clients, and follow up on contracts until completion.
Achieve revenue targets and equipment utilization targets.
Prepare periodic reports on marketing activities, sales performance, and business opportunities.
Requirements:
8–10 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales, or business development, preferably in heavy equipment rental.
Proven experience in the Saudi market, particularly within the contracting and construction sectors.
Strong network and relationships with construction companies and potential clients.
Good knowledge of heavy equipment types, applications, and prevailing rental rates in the Saudi market.
Strong negotiation, business development, sales, and customer relationship management skills.
Fluent in Arabic and English.
Candidate must be currently residing in Saudi Arabia.
Experience with major contractors and large-scale projects will be an advantage.
