Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (Mandatory)

Professional Certifications:

Saudi Council of Engineers registration (Mandatory)
Registered Architect or equivalent professional membership (Preferred)
BIM / Design Coordination certifications (Advantage)

Experience
15-20 years of experience in architectural design, master planning, and large-scale development projects, preferably within industrial, automotive, or logistics environments. Proven experience in owner-side or client-representative roles with responsibility for consultant oversight and design governance.
