Job Short Description:
Minimum 7-10-years experience in the field of oil and Gas project in GCC. Develop and implement acquisition strategies for future contracts, ensure that contract strategies, tenders, contracts and variations are in full compliance with QPā€™s Policies and Procedures. Ensure compliance with Contracts Procedures and support Project Execution Procedures, performing site surveys, system designs, preparing specifications, presentations and documentations. Prepare responses to queries raised by the contractor, and developing and managing a system for expediting responses to letters raised by contractor and PMT, Responsible for internal reporting of all commercial and contractual issues, ensure that the project has clear deliverables through handover meetings with the process team (estimating, design, commercial, procurement, plant and operations)
