About Us
DAAD Global, is an HVAC/MEP contractor based in Khamis Mushayt, delivering installation and maintenance work on SEC and other infrastructure projects across the Aseer region. We're building toward being a Top 10 HVAC company in Saudi Arabia within 10 years.

The Role
We're looking for an experienced HVAC Supervisor to run site execution on active SEC HVAC projects — independently, with full ownership of assigned sites from mobilization to handover.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise on-site HVAC installation, maintenance, and material/work arrangements
Attend and lead on-site operational meetings for the active project
Own the project fully — including quality, schedule, and safety — from assignment through handover
Coordinate directly with labor teams on execution and daily progress
Report project status honestly and promptly; escalate issues the same day
Take on additional tasks assigned by management within your capability, and grow into them

Requirements

Proven track record running HVAC projects independently, ideally SEC-vetted or SEC project experience
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC installation and site execution
Reliable, honest, and comfortable taking full ownership without constant supervision
Arabic and/or English working proficiency

What We Offer

Basic salary: SAR 3,000/month
Food allowance: SAR 500/month
Housing allowance: SAR 1,000/month
Total package: SAR 4,500/month
Performance bonus: SAR 500/month per project when project success and client satisfaction both exceed 90%, paid at project completion
Standard duty: 9 hours/day; overtime paid for hours spent on-site supervising labor working beyond standard hours
All site expenses covered by the company (advance or reimbursement) — no out-of-pocket costs
Out-of-city travel, accommodation, and meals fully covered
Annual leave: 30 days, of which 21 days paid, plus a return flight ticket home
