Production Supervisor
A Modern Construction House Contracting Company .
is looking for a qualified and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and monitor daily production operations.
• Allocate tasks to production staff and monitor their performance.
• Ensure production targets and schedules are achieved.
• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with required specifications.
• Supervise the operation of production machinery and equipment.
• Coordinate with the Maintenance Department to resolve equipment issues.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and workplace procedures.
• Monitor raw material consumption and minimize production waste.
• Prepare daily and periodic production reports.
• Identify and resolve operational issues and report them to management.
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Production Supervisor, preferably in a wood manufacturing or furniture factory.
• Good knowledge of wood manufacturing and production processes.
