Fulfillment Specialist

We are looking for a Fulfillment Specialist to support daily order fulfillment operations and ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities
Process and follow up on customer orders from receipt to completion.
Coordinate order picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
Ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.
Update order status and maintain accurate records in the system.
Coordinate with warehouse, inventory, and delivery teams.
Follow up on delayed, missing, or incomplete orders and resolve related issues.
Prepare basic reports and track fulfillment activities.
Requirements
Previous experience in Fulfillment, Warehouse Operations, Logistics, or a similar role.
Good computer and Microsoft Excel skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
Valid Iqama and transferable sponsorship are required.
