About the Role:
We are seeking an Aramco-approved Safety Officer to join our team, ensuring compliance with Saudi Aramco HSE standards across project sites. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing safety protocols in industrial, oil & gas, or construction environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and enforce compliance with Aramco HSE guidelines and site-specific safety plans
Conduct daily site inspections, toolbox talks, and risk assessments
Investigate incidents/near-misses and prepare corrective action reports
Maintain PTW (Permit to Work) systems and safety documentation
Liaise with Aramco HSE representatives during audits and inspections
Train and mentor site personnel on safety procedures and PPE usage

Requirements:

Valid Aramco Safety Officer approval/certification (mandatory)
NEBOSH IGC / OSHA certification preferred
Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role within oil & gas/construction
Strong knowledge of Saudi Aramco safety standards (SAES, GI's)
Fluent in English (Arabic a plus)
Transferable Iqama
