Dear Job Seekers,

We are looking for an experienced HCIS / SAIS Commissioning Engineer to lead the execution and commissioning of integrated security systems for SEC Substation and other Industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete project lifecycle from engineering and procurement through installation, commissioning, testing, and handover.
- Ensure compliance with applicable HCIS / SAIS requirements for Security Classes 1–5.
- Manage and coordinate Access Control, CCTV/VMS, IDAS, perimeter security, and integrated security systems.
- Hands-on knowledge of Lenel Access Control and Genetec VMS is required.
- Lead FAT, SAT, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and integrated system testing.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and relevant authorities.
- Review engineering drawings, technical submittals, method statements, ITPs, commissioning procedures, and handover documentation.
- Ensure successful HCIS/SAIS inspections, client acceptance, and project close-out.

Requirements:

- Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, Instrumentation, or related engineering discipline.
- Proven experience in electronic security systems and project commissioning.
- Strong knowledge of HCIS/SAIS requirements and industrial security projects.
- Experience with Lenel, Genetec, CCTV, Access Control, IDAS, and system integration.
- Strong project management, troubleshooting, coordination, and communication skills.
- SEC Substations / Oil & Gas / Industrial project experience is highly desirable.
