SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE
Industrial Catering & Events – Jeddah
Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
We are looking for a highly motivated and target-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing catering company in Jeddah.
The role will focus on generating new business opportunities and securing catering projects, particularly in industrial catering, labour camps, corporate catering and events.
Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients requiring industrial and contract catering services.
• Generate new leads through market visits, networking, referrals, calls and direct client contact.
• Develop relationships with companies, factories, contractors, construction companies, labour camps and corporate clients.
• Identify upcoming projects and catering requirements in the Jeddah market.
• Promote the company's industrial catering and event catering services.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and commercial proposals with the management team.
• Follow up with prospective clients until successful project award.
• Develop opportunities for long-term catering contracts and recurring business.
• Generate event catering opportunities including corporate functions, meetings, weddings and other events.
• Achieve agreed monthly targets for new leads, quotations and successfully secured projects.
• Provide regular reports to management regarding leads, meetings, quotations and potential projects.
Requirements
• Previous experience in sales, marketing or client acquisition, preferably in catering, hospitality, F&B or related industries.
• Strong ability to generate new clients and bring actual business/projects.
• Existing contacts within companies, contractors, factories, construction companies or industrial clients will be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of the Jeddah market.
• Ability to conduct regular client visits and develop new business relationships.
• Arabic and English communication skills are preferred.
Compensation & Commission
Fixed Monthly Salary + Attractive Project Commission
In addition to the monthly salary, the successful candidate will receive a commission for successfully secured catering projects and contracts.
Important
This is a results-oriented position. We are specifically looking for a person who can actively generate leads, develop client relationships and bring new catering projects and revenue to the company.
Candidates with an existing network of potential clients and proven experience in securing catering or hospitality contracts will be given preference.
