Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Soft Services Supervisor to oversee and coordinate soft services operations. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of service delivery, team performance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily soft services operations (cleaning, housekeeping, waste management, etc.)
Manage and schedule staff duties and shifts
Ensure services meet quality, safety, and hygiene standards
Conduct regular inspections and performance checks
Handle client queries and resolve issues promptly
Train, motivate, and monitor team members
Prepare reports and maintain service records

Requirements:

Proven experience in soft services supervision or a similar role
