🔴 URGENT REQUIREMENT – QC SUPERVISOR – MECHANICAL - Aramco Approved

Project:** Master Gas Expansion Project
Location: Durma, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Industry: Oil & Gas / Gas Pipeline / EPC

We are seeking an experienced **QC Supervisor – Mechanical** to supervise mechanical quality control and inspection activities for a major Oil & Gas EPC project.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise mechanical QC inspection activities at site.
• Monitor inspection of **piping, mechanical equipment, valves and related systems**.
• Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, ITPs, specifications and project requirements.
• Coordinate inspections with Client/PMC and third-party inspectors.
• Review inspection reports, material certificates, test records and quality documentation.
• Monitor hydrostatic/pneumatic testing, flushing, reinstatement and mechanical completion activities.
• Raise, track and close NCRs, observations and punch-list items.
• Coordinate with Construction, Engineering and Commissioning teams.
• Ensure compliance with **Saudi Aramco QA/QC requirements and project procedures**.

REQUIREMENTS

✅ Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in **Mechanical Engineering** or relevant technical qualification.
✅ **10+ years of Oil & Gas QA/QC experience**, including supervisory experience.
✅ Strong experience in **piping and mechanical construction**.
✅ Good knowledge of applicable **ASME/API codes, ITPs and inspection procedures**.
✅ **Saudi Aramco project experience/exposure is highly preferred.**
✅ Saudi Aramco QC approval/certification is an advantage.
✅ Strong leadership and site coordination skills.
