Description

We are looking for an experienced and presentable Sales Executive / Account Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and pitching our financial product/solution to potential clients, developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and managing accounts after onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential clients in Riyadh.
Present and pitch our financial product professionally to prospective customers.
Arrange and attend client meetings and site visits.
Generate new leads and convert opportunities into clients.
Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with customers.
Manage client accounts and coordinate requirements after onboarding.
Follow up on proposals, negotiations, and potential deals.
Maintain regular sales activity and pipeline reporting.
Work closely with management to achieve agreed sales targets.
Mandatory Requirements
Must currently be based in Saudi Arabia, preferably Riyadh.
Must have a valid Saudi Iqama.
Fluent Arabic and English are mandatory.
Candidates who are not comfortable communicating professionally in both Arabic and English should not apply.
Must have a valid Saudi driving licence and be comfortable travelling to client locations within Riyadh.
Previous experience in B2B sales, financial services, fintech, accounting, banking, ERP/software, or professional services is preferred.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Professional appearance and confidence in dealing with business owners and senior management.
Target-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently.
Compensation
Salary Budget: SAR 12,000–15,000 per month, depending on experience and profile.
Additional sales commission/incentives will be offered based on performance and business generated.
