Description

We are looking for an Assistant Business Development Manager to join our team and help us generate new business and secure architectural, interior design, fit-out, and contracting projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential clients and new business opportunities.
Find and follow up on upcoming projects.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Arrange meetings with property owners, developers, companies, consultants, and contractors.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and tenders.
Follow up with leads until project award.
Develop new channels and strategies to bring projects to the company.
Coordinate with the design and project teams to prepare suitable proposals.
Requirements:
Experience in business development / sales, preferably in architecture, interior design, fit-out, construction, or contracting.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of the Riyadh business/project market.
Strong ability to generate leads and convert them into projects.
Proactive, confident, and target-oriented.
Existing client/project contacts will be an advantage.
Good English communication; Arabic is a plus.
