Key Accountabilities:

• Create detailed project plans that outline the scope, objectives, timelines, and resources required for successful project completion.
• Allocate resources such as manpower, materials, and equipment effectively to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Develop project schedules using tools like Gantt charts or project management software, and update them regularly to track progress and identify potential delays.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on the project's timeline and budget.
• Estimate project costs and create budgets, monitor expenses throughout the project lifecycle, and ensure adherence to budget constraints.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders including project managers, clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and change orders, to provide a clear record of project activities and decisions.
• Analyze project performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices to enhance overall project efficiency and effectiveness.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.


Key Job Specifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
Skills: Primavera P6.
Experience: + 10 years of related experience.
