Requirements:

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in manpower recruitment or facility management.
Strong experience in candidate sourcing, CV screening, and initial interviews.
Ability to source candidates through recruitment platforms, social media, databases, and other channels.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in coordinating candidate interviews, selection, offer letters, and joining formalities.
Ability to maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Strong follow-up skills with candidates and recruitment agencies.
Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and email communication.
Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment targets within deadlines.
Filipino nationality is mandatory.
