Urgent Requirement for Philippine Residential Electrician for our Company Chairman Palace in Riyadh location
Location – Riyadh
Nationality – Philippine Only ( Other Don't share Cvs)
Job Objective
To perform electrical installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair works in residential building while ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with electrical standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Install, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot residential electrical systems.
• Install and maintain electrical wiring, switches, sockets, lighting fixtures, distribution boards, and circuit breakers.
• Diagnose and repair electrical faults, short circuits, power failures, and other electrical issues.
• Perform electrical installations for new residential units and renovation projects.
• Install lighting systems, ceiling lights, outdoor lights, exhaust fans, and other electrical fixtures.
• Inspect electrical wiring and equipment to identify potential faults or safety hazards.
• Test electrical circuits and equipment using appropriate testing tools.
• Replace damaged cables, switches, sockets, breakers, and other electrical components.
• Read and understand basic electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Ensure all electrical work is carried out safely and according to approved procedures.
• Follow preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Respond to residential electrical maintenance requests and attend to faults within the required time.
• Maintain electrical tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Coordinate with other maintenance technicians and supervisors when required.
• Maintain proper records of completed maintenance and repair works.
• Follow company safety policies and Saudi electrical safety requirements.
• Perform other electrical duties assigned by the supervisor.
Required Qualifications
• Technical diploma, vocational certificate, or relevant electrical trade qualification preferred.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Residential Electrician.
• Previous experience in villas, apartments, residential buildings, hotels, or property maintenance is preferred.
• Filipino nationality preferred.
• Experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC is an advantage.
