Description

MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR – SAUDI ARABIA

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities for our branches and equipment.

Responsibilities:

-Supervise maintenance technicians and allocate daily tasks.
-Plan and monitor preventive maintenance schedules.
-Handle corrective maintenance and emergency breakdowns.
-Maintain espresso/coffee machines, grinders, refrigeration, AC, electrical and plumbing systems.
-Manage spare parts, inventory and minimum stock levels.
-Coordinate maintenance visits across branches.
-Coordinate with external maintenance suppliers and service providers.
-Monitor equipment performance, recurring breakdowns and repair times.
-Prepare maintenance reports and track maintenance KPIs.
-Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety requirements.
-Train and develop maintenance technicians.

Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or relevant Technical Diploma.
-Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience, preferably in restaurants, cafés, hospitality, F&B
-Good knowledge of refrigeration and air-conditioning systems.
-Experience with commercial coffee/espresso machines and grinders preferred.
-Knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems.
-Previous team-supervision experience.
-Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
-CMMS experience is an advantage.
-Transferable Iqama preferred
