🚨 Urgent Hiring Document Controller Riyadh – Diriyah Project 🇸🇦

🏢 China Railway Construction Corporation International (CRCCI) is currently seeking an experienced Document Controller to join our ongoing project in Riyadh.

🔹 Open Position:

1️⃣ Document Controller – Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain project documents, records, and correspondence.
• Control the issuance, distribution, and revision of project documents.
• Maintain accurate document registers and tracking logs.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, procurement, and project teams.
• Ensure documents are properly filed, archived, and easily accessible.
• Monitor document submissions, approvals, and transmittals.
• Prepare regular document control reports and status updates.
• Ensure compliance with project document control procedures.

✅ Requirements:
• 🎓 Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Document Controller in construction or EPC projects.
• 💻 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
• Experience with Aconex or similar document control platforms is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of document control procedures and workflows.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Good command of English.

• Strong construction/EPC document control experience.
• Experience in residential and commercial building projects.
• Immediate availability to join.
