๐Ÿข China Railway Construction Corporation International (CRCCI) is currently seeking an experienced Document Controller to join our ongoing project in Riyadh.

๐Ÿ”น Open Position:

1๏ธโƒฃ Document Controller โ€“ Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

๐Ÿ› ๏ธ Key Responsibilities:
โ€ข Manage and maintain project documents, records, and correspondence.
โ€ข Control the issuance, distribution, and revision of project documents.
โ€ข Maintain accurate document registers and tracking logs.
โ€ข Coordinate with engineering, construction, procurement, and project teams.
โ€ข Ensure documents are properly filed, archived, and easily accessible.
โ€ข Monitor document submissions, approvals, and transmittals.
โ€ข Prepare regular document control reports and status updates.
โ€ข Ensure compliance with project document control procedures.

โœ… Requirements:
โ€ข ๐ŸŽ“ Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
โ€ข Minimum 5 years of experience as a Document Controller in construction or EPC projects.
โ€ข ๐Ÿ’ป Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
โ€ข Experience with Aconex or similar document control platforms is preferred.
โ€ข Strong knowledge of document control procedures and workflows.
โ€ข Excellent organizational and communication skills.
โ€ข Good command of English.

โญ Preference will be given to candidates with:
โ€ข Strong construction/EPC document control experience.
โ€ข Experience in residential and commercial building projects.
โ€ข Immediate availability to join.
