Description

Key Responsibilities
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, or removing old paint and rust.
Operate and maintain airless spray-painting equipment.
Mix and prepare paints, primers, and coatings according to specifications.
Apply paint evenly to metal, concrete, machinery, structures, or other surfaces.
Inspect completed work for quality, consistency, and defects.
Clean and maintain spray guns, hoses, pumps, and other equipment.
Follow workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Use appropriate PPE at all times.
Estimate and manage the materials required for each job.

Requirements
Previous experience as an Airless Spray Painter or Industrial Painter.
Knowledge of different paints, coatings, and surface-preparation techniques.
Experience operating airless spray-painting machines.
Understanding of safety procedures and proper use of PPE.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physically fit and able to work in industrial or construction environments.
